Description du poste

EasyVista is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of two strategic solutions: EV Reach (Remote Support & Endpoint Management) and EV Discovery (Automatic Discovery & Dependency Mapping).

You will work at the intersection of technology, customers, and product execution, ensuring our development teams deliver high-value, high-impact features aligned with business needs and product vision.

This role is based in Noisy-le-Grand (France) and involves regular on-site collaboration with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Product Backlog

Define, prioritize, and continuously refine the backlog based on business priorities, technical feasibility, and customer needs. Break down high-level roadmap objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer and market needs.

1. Collaborate with Development

Partner closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams to drive sprints, clarify requirements, and unblock delivery in an Agile environment.

1. Drive Agile Execution

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review ceremonies, fostering an iterative, value-driven development culture.

1. Engage Customers and Stakeholders

Act as a trusted contact for customers and internal teams (Sales, Support, Marketing), gathering feedback, conducting demos, and refining priorities.

1. Ensure Product Quality

Validate that features meet functional expectations and business outcomes before release.

Qualifications

Technical & Domain Knowledge (EV Reach & EV Discovery)

• Solid understanding of remote support technologies, endpoint management, and IT service operations.
• Familiarity with network protocols, port scanning, agent-based and agentless discovery, and dependency mapping.
• Knowledge of discovery probes such as SNMP, WMI, SSH, firewall, credential management, and data normalization.
• Awareness of IT infrastructure components (servers, workstations, IoT, mobile devices).
• Bonus: Understanding of time-series anomaly detection, AI/ML for monitoring, or event correlation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, hybrid infrastructures, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong project management skills, capable of structuring delivery, managing scope, and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in presentations and executive discussions.
• Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, or Remote Support solutions.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Exposure to cybersecurity or compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR.
