Le Collectionist seeks a Senior Product Manager to transform a complex hospitality marketplace into a simple, intelligent product for owners and our teams. You will join the Supply Squad, collaborate with BizOps and developers, and lead prioritisation and outcomes, shaping the未来 of pricing, availability, and information management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management with autonomy over a product.
• Experience with marketplaces or B2B platforms.
• Ability to build a vision close to users and execution.
• Autonomous in data analysis and prototyping; uses AI.
• Track record of measurable results beyond features.
• Able to design solutions with developers and business teams.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Build the Supply product strategy.
• Identify the few problems with the greatest potential and define measurable outcomes.
• Translate company objectives into measurable product outcomes.
• Prioritize the roadmap and protect the Supply Squad from secondary requests.
• Define the metrics required to demonstrate impact of each investment.
• Share best practices from prior experience and evolve discovery, prioritisation, experimentation, and impact measurement.
