About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is hands-on and experienced in building products from 0 to 1, understanding product-market fit, and creating something exceptional. This role involves working closely with the CEO to transform an already-good product into an outstanding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate big ideas into tangible product features and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to deliver technically robust and emotionally engaging products.
• Focus on the customer journey to enhance user interactions at every touchpoint.
• Create sleek, intuitive, and enjoyable user experiences.
• Utilize data, user research, and intuition to guide product decisions and take calculated risks.
• Align product priorities with company goals and challenge them when necessary.
• Help rebuild and elevate the product experience over the next 6 months.
• Explore new technologies and platforms for competitive advantage.
• Become a power user of Replika to identify areas for improvement.
• Enhance how Replika communicates with users to establish a distinctive voice.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Experience in building and scaling products from inception, especially mobile B2C apps.
• Strong background in UX-focused products, emphasizing design and user flow.
• Proven ability to craft and optimize comprehensive customer journeys.
• Expertise in creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces and interactions.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to speak developer language, though coding is not required.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment with flexibility and focus.
• High ownership mentality, proactive problem-solving approach.
• Interest in AI and curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Experience as a founder or building personal projects is a plus.
