EGYM Wellpass in Paris is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to evolve how employees access sports and wellbeing activities worldwide. You will lead product strategies for B2B and B2C customers, collaborating with design, engineering, and other product leaders.

You will own KPIs, prioritize opportunities across markets, and interact directly with customers and partners. You will drive solutions for corporate fitness, apply modern discovery methods including AI, and build a scalable product that

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design scalable solutions for business challenges and end users.
• Solid understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods, incl. AI.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Proactive communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience building and leading distributed teams across regions.
• Excellent English language skills.

We are looking for a talented (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) who wants to evolve how employees can access sports and wellbeing activities within several countries all over the globe. Your daily workout

• Responsibility: You are responsible for challenges and opportunities we have around our B2B and B2C customers together with your squad

• Conceptual Work and Prioritization: You work on conceptual topics and prioritize challenges for our different markets in a fast paced and international environment, with the support of a variety of stakeholders - from design, to engineering, to other Product Managers and leaders

• Direct Interaction: You interact directly both with our customer and partner base

• Ownership of KPIs: You take ownership of KPIs, discover the best way of achieving our product goals, and drive your team to execute successfully against short-term gains as well as long-term strategic initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations

• Passion for Solutions: You develop solutions for the corporate fitness and wellbeing market

Your fitness level

• Professional Experience: You have 3+years experience in product management and leadership of cross-functional Software development teams on either B2C or B2B2C products (incl. consumer mobile apps)

• Intelligent and Scalable Solutions: You have a passion for finding intelligent and scaling solutions for business challenges, as well as for developing products that end users love

• Understanding Modern Methods: You have a solid understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery, incl. how to leverage AI along the development lifecycle

• Decision-Making: You are a decision maker and possess complex decision-making skills rooted in analytics, user feedback, and business goals

• Proactive Communication: You are a talented and proactive communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way

• Team Builder: You are a culture builder in your team, foster a fun culture of safety, innovation, and excellence and are comfortable in working with distributed teams

• Language Skills: You have excellent English skills

• Customer and Market Knowledge: You developed an outstanding knowledge about our customers and our market

• Relationships: You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the Development and Product teams as well as key stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success and Operations

• Product Familiarity: You acquired a comprehensive understanding of our product ecosystem

• Collaboration: You successfully collaborated with the team on first challenges within the product area you are responsible for
