Polène Paris is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead development of leather goods, including collaborations and limited editions. You will coordinate with Design, Sourcing, Production and workshops in Paris and Spain, overseeing prototypes and BOM management, while maintaining schedule and quality across collections.

You will analyze market trends and product performance, contribute to tool/process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment with a strong passion for leather

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in product development/PM in leather goods, fashion or luxury.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with workshops and suppliers.
• Able to manage multi-stakeholder projects and several developments simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP ERP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development from conception through launch in coordination with Design, Sourcing and Production teams.
• Oversee prototypes, samples and components with Paris and Spanish workshops and suppliers.
• Create and update BOMs and product data in ERP, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to meet timelines.
• Organize collection meetings, validation committees and track plans, timelines and reporting.
• Prepare costing sheets and collection materials, plus training materials for internal teams.
• Conduct trend, market and product performance analyses to improve tools and processes.
