NeoXam's GP back-office platform supports investment portfolio administration, including NAV production, valuations, P&L and regulatory reporting across fund types. We seek a Product Manager to own GP end-to-end, balancing regulatory needs with platform modernization and client-driven priorities.

The role involves governance with clients, shaping the standard-versus-bespoke mix, and collaborating with Sales, Presales and Engineering to deliver value while advancing strategic regulatory

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in financial software with back-office knowledge and ability to discuss with fund accountants.
• Backlog ownership with non-negotiable legal deadlines and local variants.
• Led major functional or regulatory programmes from spec to client adoption.
• Present GP to client executives and governance bodies in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own GP's functional line end to end, balancing trade-offs across regulatory, calculation logic and modules.
• Run client governance, product reviews and thought leadership committees with clients.
• Define standard versus bespoke developments and converge custom work into standard offerings.
• Package scope and commercial enablement with Sales, Presales and Professional Services.
• Translate regulatory change into prioritized roadmaps and dates.
• Manage migrations and adoption programmes with client sequencing incentives.
• Own backlog delivery with Architects, BAs, Developers and QA across teams.
