Ingenio, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and grow the product experience across its European marketplace brands, including Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, and more. You will define roadmaps, work with Engineering, Data, Marketing, CRM, and Marketplace Success to improve journey, mobile experiences, and monetization.

The role requires balancing local market needs with scalable product strategy, utilizing customer insights and data to prioritize the roadmap and measure impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2C marketplace or e-commerce setting.
• Strong ability to define strategy and drive execution with measurable impact.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus for European scope.
• Experience improving mobile-first customer journeys across web and apps.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for European marketplace brands.
• Define and prioritize requirements based on user research and business impact.
• Analyze user journeys to identify friction points across onboarding, discovery, and checkout.
• Champion mobile-first experiences across mobile web and native apps.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversion, engagement, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and marketplace teams to align initiatives with growth goals.
• Define KPI success criteria and communicate outcomes to leadership.
