CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Digital Factory of Ground & Rail in the Paris area. You will own the product roadmap across multiple products, lead the product team, and serve as the central link between business stakeholders and end users to build impactful, user‑centric solutions.

You will oversee product conception and UX collaboration, drive data‑driven iteration, and manage a Product Owner and a UX/UI Designer, with potential coordination of external product

Qualifications

• Experience leading a product team in a multi-product, B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning and prioritisation across a portfolio.
• Fluency in French is required; business English is essential for cross‑functional cooperation.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap across the CEVA Ground & Rail portfolio.
• Contribute to product design and quality, guiding UX collaboration with the design team.
• Drive user adoption through feedback, interviews and KPI tracking.
