CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global AI & Innovation Senior Specialist (Ground & Rail) to drive AI use-case delivery across global and regional scopes. You will partner with Business, IT and data teams to translate needs into measurable value and ROI.

You will coordinate PoCs and scaling activities, support the AI roadmap, and ensure adoption through training and stakeholder engagement, while tracking KPI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML initiatives in logistics or operations.
• Ability to run PoCs, MVPs, agile iterations and manage risks.
• Fluency in English and French; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of Global AI initiatives within Ground region and local scope.
• Collaborate with Global Innovation, data teams, IT and stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
• Coordinate PoCs, MVPs, pilots and scaling activities for AI use cases.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI use cases using governance frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions through training and feedback loops.
• Monitor performance, escalate issues, and report KPIs and benefits.
