Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical roles, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, high-complexity projects through industrialization.
• Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Customer- and product-oriented mindset with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define product specification based on customer feedback, market analysis and technology; iterate feasibility.
• Develop, maintain, and update project timelines to meet deadlines across the product lifecycle.
• Oversee architecture and technical development across R&D and industrialization phases.
• Inspire and manage the project team to maintain high performance and quality.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, marketing and program managers to align efforts and ensure tender/project success.
• Manage allocation of engineering and other resources to meet goals.
