Hubcycle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the company-wide product strategy and drive an ambitious technical roadmap from architecture decisions with external teams to building proprietary features on our tech stack.

You will ship real products hands-on, promote a data-driven, AI-native approach, and align distributed teams around a shared product vision. English fluency is required; French is a plus. This is Avignon-based with some remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product-related experience at Lead or Group PM level, or as a founder.
• Shipped real products, especially growth products.
• Experience with AI products and vibe coding.
• Strong information architecture knowledge and fluency with SQL and Python.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the whole product area, aligning with Hubcycle’s mission and objectives.
• Translate business needs into a deliverable roadmap, balancing architecture work with quick wins.
• Be accountable for outcomes, not just output, and define the metrics that matter.
