Job summary

Qobra in Paris is seeking a product manager to own the Compensation Editor and help turn complex compensation rules into a simple, scalable product. You’ll work with customers, CS and Sales to shape the next generation of our AI-powered platform.

You’ll guide discovery, make clear product calls, and work across engineering, design and data science to deliver measurable impact for large, international customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management on a B2B product with a substantial user-facing experience.
• Strong discovery skills: speak with customers and prospects, test whether a problem is worth solving.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and product decisions for the POW domain, balancing customer input and business needs.
• Lead the Compensation Editor work stream and explore AI-powered improvements for complex plans.
• Define success metrics, quantify impact on revenue and retention, and collaborate with Sales, CS, and Engineering.
