LexisNexis Risk Solutions, part of RELX, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered Financial Crime Compliance initiatives. You will shape the strategy and roadmap, drive discovery, and partner with Engineering to deliver agentic AI capabilities across products.

You will collaborate with global teams in Europe, the US, India and Singapore, balancing strategic leadership with rapid delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience owning complex technology products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to AI-powered products or capabilities; comfortable discussing AI, ML, Generative AI with technical teams.
• Strong customer discovery and ability to translate insights into product strategy and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery to understand needs, investigation workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate with Engineering and tech teams to build AI-enabled product capabilities using Gen AI, LLMs, ML, and AI agents.
• Evaluate and prioritise AI agent skills and capabilities to support product decisions.
• Work with multiple teams to ensure reusable capabilities across the product portfolio.
• Use product metrics to define KPIs and measure adoption and quality.
