Job summary

Flipp + Shopfully is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead digital advertising initiatives and drive merchant-centric product growth across markets. You will align Sales, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities, build business cases, and ship solutions that enhance adoption and revenue in a global context.

You will prioritize opportunities, shape pricing and monetization strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches.

Qualifications

• Foundations of digital advertising including exchanges, SSPs, DSPs, programmatic bidding, and CPM/CPC/CPV models.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with merchants, advertisers, and internal teams to define problems worth solving.
• Prioritise ruthlessly, balancing revenue impact, effort, and strategic fit.
• Work hands-on with engineering to define requirements and ship from alpha to broad launch.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on launch timing and readiness, and run retrospectives on past launches to improve future ones.
• Generate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Content.
