Job description

Swan, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager based in Paris to join our team to build the most efficient and elegant BaaS (Bank as a Service) on the market.

Your mission

You will wake up each morning with 2 main goals:

• Deliver maximum value for your users
• Turn complex things (technical and banking) into simple things

On a daily basis, this will result in:

• The design of new features (from needs analysis to release). You will listen to customer needs, analyze them in relation to company strategy, and design the best solutions (screens and APIs).
• Be the voice of customers to prioritize product changes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our tech team (55+) and especially your squad (3-4 software engineers).

Our product organization:

Swan's Product department consists of 13 people organized into two units with two VP Product, and several experienced Product Managers and Product Designers. The product team has three main branches:

1. Payment: Features include cards, transfers, direct debits, etc.
2. Banking Experience: Features enabling the best onboarding, authentication, dashboard, and partner experience.
3. FinCrime: Building capabilities to detect and fight financial crime, protecting Swan.

Preferred experience

You’re a great match if:

• You have 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a startup, fintech, API-driven environment, or similar fast-paced setting.
• You have experience with B2B products.
• You understand Developer Experience.
• You can articulate technical concepts and translate them into industry or business terms.
• You enjoy working with tech teams and simplifying complex products.
• You have an eye for detail.
• You possess a growth mindset and are eager to improve processes.
• You have strong interpersonal skills, are a great team player, and fun to work with.
• You are proficient in English and French.
