Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, your main missions include:

• Define the Product vision and strategy: Develop a clear product vision aligned with company goals, defining target users, problems to solve, customer needs, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Gather and analyze customer needs: Understand customer requirements through relationships with clients and participation in meetings and events to ensure alignment.
• Prioritize features and requirements: Manage the Product Roadmap, balancing business needs, user journey, and technical feasibility, working closely with development teams.
• Increase market access and business efficiency: Promote use cases and collaborate with marketing, sales, and deployment teams to maximize adoption and customer success.
• Measure and analyze product performance: Track metrics related to marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction to guide future development.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B environments
• Strong ownership, urgency, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience collaborating with marketing and sales on pricing and packaging strategies

Bonus skills include understanding SaaS and on-premise deployment challenges and fostering product culture across teams.
