We are looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to join our team in Paris. This role is as operational as it is strategic. You will lead the development and delivery of new products across skincare, body care, home and fragrance categories, working from concept to shelf with a highly hands-on, project-driven approach, in line with La Bruket’s brand vision and values.

Your main counterpart will be the R&D and supply chain team, with whom you’ll interact daily to ensure feasibility, costing, timings and execution. From supplier coordination to formula iteration and artwork validation, you will own the full development workflow.

This role is individual contributor – there is no direct team management at this stage, but it requires a strong ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director and collaborating with R&D, supply, trade marketing, creative and commercial teams, you’ll play a critical role in bringing L:A BRUKET’s brand vision to life.

- Drive and structure the end-to-end product development process, from idea to launch, across all categories, ensuring timely delivery with the R&D / production and design team.

- Work in daily partnership with the supply chain team on planning, feasibility, timings, supplier coordination and cost tracking.

- Own the product P&L throughout development, ensuring cost control.

- Deliver detailed briefs for formulas, accessories and packaging to internal teams and external partners; track deliverables, timings, and risks.

- Coordinate all technical aspects of execution: galenics, raw materials, packaging compatibility, regulatory, operations, … to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery across all development stages.

- Follow and validate tests, pilots and artworks with full ownership of technical files and executional consistency.

- Support trade marketing in the development of all gift with purchases as well as point of sales materials.

- Oversee the development and testing of product formulations to ensure product efficacy and safety with the R&D Director.

- Organize and lead project status meetings with R&D, operations/ procurement, trade and creative teams.

- Ensure alignment across teams, clear priorities, and visibility on timelines and decision points.

- Collaborate closely with trade marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that reflect customer needs and commercial priorities

Supported by the global marketing director, provide inputs on the business cases and make sure to :

- Lead business cases and sizing for each development with finance; assess ROI and strategic fit. Provide business insights and competitive analysis to support product decisions and ensure alignment with the overall business plan.

- Feed the innovation pipeline with market intelligence, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarking (new materials, actives, and trends in the Face care / Body care / Home care and wellness space)

- Drive pragmatic innovation: propose new formats, actives or materials that fit our positioning and operational capabilities.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, adjusting as needed to ensure success in the different markets.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in product development in the beauty industry (face, body or fragrance). Experience in a resource-constrained environment (vs. corporate luxury) is a big plus.

- Strong technical understanding of formulas, textures, materials, packaging and industrial processes.

- Proven project management skills: ability to organise, plan and deliver multiple developments in parallel, coordinating many functions.

- At ease with costing, margin management, feasibility, and supply chain collaboration.

- Hands-on, autonomous, resilient and solutions-oriented.

- Experience in a non-management role with strong leadership in cross-functional coordination.

- Fluent in English. French or Swedish is a plus.
