Position : Senior Product Designer

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to build a tokenisation platform :

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer

You will work with 2 engineering teams

You will :

• Partner with product managers and engineers to build and evolve the product
• Contribute to roadmapping, advocating for the right approach, and execution to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Lead user research to bring clarity to ambiguous problems with relevant customer insights, and consult quantitative and qualitative data to inform your design decisions
• Advocate for and facilitate design methods and tools to help your team deliver solutions that work for our customers and business
• Ensure clarity and understanding in your or your team’s proposed ideas and solutions from conception to delivery through proper documentation and organized work practices

Evolution : Lead/ Head of Product Design

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct experience in product design for fintech or web3 startup
• Solid experience working in a design & research team and ability to discuss how you have collaborated with stakeholders to deliver impact in dynamic environments
• Knowledge of design methods and craft
• Passion to help small teams grow

Nice to Have

• Experience with concepts, products, and services driving web3, especially DeFi, including coin generation events, tokenomics, decentralization, wallets, bridges, cryptography, DEXes, identity management, fraud management, and regulatory compliance
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
