Alma is seeking an experienced Product Designer in Paris to shape internal tooling and B2B experiences. You will own end-to-end flows, write your own microcopy, and work with a cross-functional team to deliver impactful designs using Figma, AI aids, and data tools.

English and French fluency is required, with 2 days of remote work per week. The role demands at least 5 years in product design, strong autonomy in discovery, and a proven ability to ship complete flows for complex domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience.
• Designed internal or back-office tools with dense data tables and multi-step workflows.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Design across internal tooling and B2B/SaaS products.
• Lead discovery, frame problems, select methods, run research.
• Define success metrics and track impact.
