Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer

Pachamama is recruiting for one of its clients, a promising startup in Productivity + AI, looking for a Senior Product Designer on a permanent contract (CDI).

We are supporting a rapidly growing AI startup, already launched in the US market, developing a mobile and web application designed to transform how professionals use their conversations.

They craft sleek interfaces, solid UX journeys, and a product where every interaction matters.

It’s for you if:

• You thrive in a demanding environment where everything moves quickly and everyone is engaged.
• You can go from idea to interface independently.
• You think about product, strategy, and impact, not just craft.
• You want to design in a setting where AI is a central lever.
• You have built end-to-end products in early-stage environments (0 to 1 or 1 to 10 / Series A) — mandatory.
• You are a generalist: UX, UI, product, brand, growth.

Salary: €75k to €110k + equity
