Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer

Pachamama is recruiting for one of its clients, a promising startup focusing on Productivity + AI, seeking a Senior Product Designer for a permanent contract (CDI).

We support a rapidly growing AI startup, already launched on the US market, developing a mobile and web application designed to transform how professionals utilize their conversations.

The team creates sleek interfaces, solid UX journeys, and a product where each interaction matters.

The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and driven by a strong product culture.

Is this for you?

• You are comfortable in a demanding environment where everything moves quickly and everyone is committed.
• You can go from idea to interface independently.
• You think about product, strategy, and impact, not just craft.
• You want to design in a setting where AI is a central lever.
• You have built end-to-end products in early stages (0 to 1, or 1 to 10 / Series A). (mandatory)
• You are a generalist: UX, UI, product, brand, growth.

Not the right fit if:

• You need a highly structured framework or a role with well-defined boundaries.
• You want to only execute design without engaging in product strategy, data, or business logic.

Remote work is possible within France (if elsewhere: US, Europe, we can discuss).

Salary: €75k to €110k + equity
