Upflow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define solutions that give finance teams consumer-grade UX in their daily work. You will lead end-to-end design projects with engineers, PMs and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementations.

You'll create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Cursor and Claude; plan and run user research; own our design system; contribute to product strategy and collaborate with Marketing on brand and communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a track record in B2B or complex workflows.
• Strong portfolio that explains context, constraints, decisions and impact.
• Curiosity for people’s problems and a drive to craft best-in-class solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design projects, collaborate with engineers, PMs and stakeholders.
• Create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Cursor and Claude.
• Plan and run user research and usability tests.
• Own the design system to ensure efficient delivery of new features.
• Contribute to product strategy and direction, and align with marketing on brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure coherent app and communications.
