Recruitment Apple Lovers is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a next-generation real estate investment company specializing in innovative real estate tokenization models.

As an external product designer, you will define, craft, and ship new experiences that empower agents, property owners, and developers to join, invest, and trust our product.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, creating software with excellent user experience
• Senior and autonomous, able to collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams
• Support the Head of Design
• Quick problem solver
• Respectful of brand guidelines, deadlines, and limitations
• User interview and survey skills are a plus
• Interfaces should be relevant, quickly integrated, and adaptable
• Passionate about translating complex problems into simple, memorable solutions
• Adaptable with a 'think outside the box' mindset
• Use data and research to justify design choices with insights and best practices

Skills

• Combine user-centric thinking, design, and business understanding
• Excellent UI design skills, with attention to a premium positioning
• Design accessible, easy-to-use interfaces for a diverse, corporate audience up to 65 years old
• Create consistent illustrations and icons aligned with the brand
• Proficient in Figma, design systems, and prototyping
• Experience with Keynote and Figma presentations is a plus
• Understand the importance of maintaining consistency through design systems
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders across departments
• Motivated to understand the Proptech industry and industry leaders
• Knowledge of Web 3 is highly appreciated
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
