• Expérience de 4+ ans dans un rôle similaire, en particulier dans les produits SaaS B2B.

Description du poste

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the development of our internal tools, improving process efficiency and customer experience (from contract signing to software onboarding).

Missions

• Design and refine user experiences, ensuring our interfaces are both elegant and effective.
• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions.
• Lead research and discovery efforts , ensuring user insights shape our product decisions.
• Strengthen and evolve our Design System , ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for design at a strategic level, embedding a strong design culture across teams.
• Optimize design processes and improve execution quality.
• Mentor and support the design team, sharing best practices and elevating design craftsmanship.
• You have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in SaaS B2B products .
• You are user-driven and always design with a clear vision of who you’re building for.
• You have a strong craftsmanship mindset , ensuring balance between speed and quality.
• You think in systems , ensuring coherence across user flows and business constraints.
• You are data-driven, blending research, analytics, and strategy to make impactful decisions.
• You communicate clearly and can align cross-functional teams around user-centered solutions.
• You are proactive, constantly looking for opportunities to improve workflows and processes.

Recruitment Process

• HR Screening ITW (30 mn).
• Product Interview with Pierre, CPO (30mn).
• Case Study (around 2h of work).
• On-site use case presentation and team fit : present your use case to Pierre, Antoine (Senior PM) and Julien (Product Designer) followed by a fit discussion.
• Salary - 50-70K€.
