Sweep is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the UX of Act, the module where customers build climate transition plans and coordinate actions. You will turn strategy into concrete actions and align with PMs and engineers across the team, shaping long‑term vision while delivering a usable, scalable experience.

You’ll join a 5‑person design team, collaborating with domain experts and customers, with a strong emphasis on AI‑assisted design and impact‑driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing for SaaS products.
• Ability to simplify complex, powerful systems and make them easy to operate.
• Experience designing collaborative or multi‑stakeholder workflows.
• Proven track record using AI tools in design processes (research, prototyping, production).
• Experience designing AI‑powered features for end users.

Responsabilités

• Own the end‑to‑end design of Act, from broad architecture to small interactions.
• Simplify a complex product area without sacrificing power.
• Design data visualizations that make dense information readable and actionable.
• Shape longer‑term vision and strategy for Act, not just backlog execution.
