Sweep is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the UX of Act, the module where customers build climate transition plans and coordinate actions. You will turn strategy into concrete actions and align with PMs and engineers across the team, shaping long‑term vision while delivering a usable, scalable experience.
You’ll join a 5‑person design team, collaborating with domain experts and customers, with a strong emphasis on AI‑assisted design and impact‑driven outcomes.
Sweep is hiring a Senior Product Designer tasked to make Sweep an outstanding experience for our users, and a real driver of change for our planet.
The role is based in Paris / Montpellier / London (hybrid) or remote in France or Europe.
Climate change is the challenge of our time. By empowering companies with technology that helps manage their climate impact, we believe Sweep can make a meaningful contribution to a better future for all of us.
Sweep builds software that lets businesses take control of their climate journey - from managing climate data to reducing emissions across teams and entire value chains.
Here your design work will point toward something better for the planet.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?
You’ll own the UX of Act, the module where our customers build and manage their climate transition plans: turning strategy into a concrete set of actions, and coordinating the people who need to carry them out.
Act is powerful, but it’s also genuinely complex. Our design team’s core mission is making that complexity legible: helping customers operate a sophisticated system with confidence, not just get through it. That’s the standard this role is held to.
You’ll work closely with your PM and engineers day to day, and with domain experts, customers, and the rest of the design team along the way. Depending on how things evolve, you may also contribute to other scopes, but Act is the core of the role.
You’ll join a team of 5 designers, reporting to Jessica, Design Director. A few things about how we work:
It’s also a genuine ownership opportunity: Act needs someone who can bring clarity and direction, and you’d have real room to define what that looks like.
At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work.
Whether it’s analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you’ll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it.
We’re looking for candidates who already have hands‑on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you’ll feel right at home here.
That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?
Glad you asked. This is who we’re looking for:
Copy that. And what’s in it for me?
By joining Sweep, you’ll be part of an exciting startup with a vision to change the world. We’re ready to hit the ground running, and joining us at this early stage allows you the unique opportunity to help shape our journey.
Our hybrid work model, with offices in France (Paris, Montpellier), the United Kingdom (London), and the United States (Denver), gives you the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life while staying genuinely connected with your team.
As a B Corporation, we’re dedicated to creating successful businesses that benefit everyone, including society and the planet.
