Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Confirmed Product Designer to deepen impact on a complex B2B product. You’ll work embedded in a product squad within the Product Design team, collaborating with PMs and Engineers to create scalable, user-centered experiences, and actively contribute to design standards and the design system.

In this role, you’ll progress from onboarding to owning major parts of the Authoring experience, driving design decisions with autonomy, and mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products (B2B SaaS).
• Able to design complex workflows while keeping experiences intuitive.
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate vision into designs.
• Own design initiatives from discovery to handoff within your squad.
• Contribute to design system and shared UX patterns across the product.
• Participate in design critiques and product rituals.
• Conduct user research and use insights to inform decisions.
• Lead authoring experiences and AI-assisted features when applicable.
