Antech is seeking a Senior Product Commercialisation Manager – Reference Lab (Europe & APAC) to lead the commercialisation strategy and growth for our Reference Laboratory services. You will drive market opportunities and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to deliver differentiated programs across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of strategic marketing or product management experience in Lab Services/diagnostics.
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex or matrix environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research using internal data to identify growth opportunities and inform commercialisation strategies.
• Analyse testing behaviours, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover market gaps and support growth.
• Partner with Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimise, and manage a competitive diagnostic test portfolio across markets.
• Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations balancing market competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.
• Develop and deliver compelling value propositions for Reference Lab services and ensure consistent messaging.
• Develop and execute commercialisation plans aligned with revenue targets and strategic priorities.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that increase service utilisation and reactivate lapsed accounts.
• Lead improvements to the customer onboarding experience and manage the NPS framework for measurable improvements.
