Job summary

TapNation is seeking a highly capable Product Analyst and Data Scientist to join our data team in Paris. You will blend product analytics with advanced data science to understand player behavior, build predictive models, and deploy AI-powered data tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science (mobile gaming or F2P apps preferred).
Expert SQL skills (window functions, large datasets) and production-grade Python (pandas, scikit-learn).
Strong statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference knowledge.
Demonstrated product sense with measurable impact from analyses.
Experience building AI systems in production and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Product Analytics: analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, ARPDAU, LTV across the portfolio.
Design and analyze rigorous A/B tests and guide decision making for launches and iterations.
Build and maintain Looker dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholders.
Data Scientist: develop predictive models (LTV, churn, segmentation); productionize Python pipelines.
Develop AI agents and text-to-SQL interfaces; contribute to data stack improvements.
