Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to join our global product leadership team focused on consumer panels. This role is part of the Consumer Panel Apps COE team within Global Product Leadership, responsible for innovating, developing, and maintaining both consumer-facing technologies and backend systems that ensure consistent, high-quality data collection across diverse global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Delivery

Collaborate with product managers to define and document detailed product requirements and specifications.

Work closely with UX designers to translate product requirements into intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences :

Write UX briefs and requirements.

Participate in iterative design reviews to ensure alignment with both functional and user experience goals.

Create comprehensive product design documents, user guides, and operational manuals.

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.

Develop and document test cases and acceptance criteria for new features.

Conduct hands-on feature testing and coordinate with QA teams to ensure product quality and alignment with specifications.

Innovation & Research

Contribute to ideation and design of new features and enhancements.

Conduct user testing, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and gather feedback to inform product direction.

Research competitive products and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Conduct research on external tools and technologies that can enhance the functionality of internally developed applications.

Vendor & Tool Management

Participate in the vetting, assessment, onboarding, setup, and ongoing maintenance of third-party tools and vendors that support product functionality.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Monitor product performance using meaningful KPIs.

Identify feature gaps, bugs, and opportunities for enhancement based on data insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product analysis, product management, or a related role.

Strong experience in writing product requirements, test cases, and user documentation.

Proven experience working with UX teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric designs.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (, Jira, Confluence).

Experience with consumer-facing applications and backend systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

Working Environment

Collaborate with product managers across global locations.

Work closely with development teams based in France and internationally.

Engage with stakeholders from diverse cultural and market backgrounds.
