Job Description:

We are looking for a top professional who is ready to excel and is motivated by developing a portfolio of premium mobile games. You will be driving the entire pipeline of premium games development, from ideation, validation, to execution. If you thrive in such responsibilities, we want to hear from you.

This role is remote in the CET zone.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the product from conception through design, implementation, release, and post-launch maintenance.
2. Drive development teams to ensure excellent game delivery.
3. Manage the P&L and product roadmap for both live and in-development premium games.
4. Collaborate with Business Development to identify capable developers for premium product ideas.
5. Pitch premium game opportunities to potential partners and publishers.

What we are looking for:

1. Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Games Industry.
2. Strong expertise in premium game development; knowledge of F2P is a plus.
3. Relevant experience as Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager, or Senior Producer.
4. Proven skills in designing premium games from scratch.
5. Experience working with outsourced teams is a plus.
6. Experience shipping at least one game.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
8. Goal-oriented mindset and ownership of projects.
9. Fluent English skills.
10. Passion for video games.
