Description du poste

• Act as the primary contact for business and internal stakeholders regarding procurement issues; manage the regular operation rhythm encompassing end-to-end sourcing and finance processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders to handle exceptions, specific requirements, and complex issues.
  3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and deficiencies related to PR, PO, and VMD with relevant parties.
  4. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team; train new team members.
  5. Support and coordinate daily team operations and workload allocation.
  6. Monitor process KPIs and metrics; conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes.
  7. Drive process improvements and participate in projects aimed at standardization, quality enhancement, simplification, or compliance.
  8. Serve as key user during migrations or system implementations; validate process documentation.
Qualifications:
  1. Fluent in written and verbal English and German (minimum B2 level).
  2. Deep understanding of end-to-end S2P processes.
  3. Ability to identify process gaps and resolve complex challenges.
  4. Respectful and tolerant in dealings with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  5. Professional communication style with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Flexible, with a strong team spirit.
  7. Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
  8. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  9. Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
