• Act as the primary contact for business and internal stakeholders regarding procurement issues; manage the regular operation rhythm encompassing end-to-end sourcing and finance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders to handle exceptions, specific requirements, and complex issues.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and deficiencies related to PR, PO, and VMD with relevant parties.
- Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team; train new team members.
- Support and coordinate daily team operations and workload allocation.
- Monitor process KPIs and metrics; conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes.
- Drive process improvements and participate in projects aimed at standardization, quality enhancement, simplification, or compliance.
- Serve as key user during migrations or system implementations; validate process documentation.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and verbal English and German (minimum B2 level).
- Deep understanding of end-to-end S2P processes.
- Ability to identify process gaps and resolve complex challenges.
- Respectful and tolerant in dealings with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Professional communication style with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible, with a strong team spirit.
- Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
