Job Description:

SunMind, which grew out of an intrapreneurship project and is now a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, has the mission of decarbonising VINCI Concessions' 90 mobility infrastructures and becoming a benchmark player in photovoltaic energy production, battery storage, and wind projects worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager (F/M) to lead the procurement strategy for our utility-scale solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), and wind projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of at least two main technologies: solar PV modules and BESS, and a proven track record in negotiating EPC and O&M contracts.

The Senior Procurement Manager (F/M) will also be responsible for structuring and managing competitive RFP processes, assessing CAPEX and OPEX during project bids, and developing strategic partnerships with industrial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate EPC and O&M Contracts: Lead the negotiation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, focusing on cost control, performance guarantees, timelines, and liquidated damages.
• Contract Alignment: Ensure EPC and O&M contracts align with project strategic objectives and financial models.
• Develop RFPs: Lead the development and management of comprehensive RFPs for EPC, O&M contractors, and major equipment suppliers.
• Bid Analysis: Analyze bids, evaluate contractor qualifications, and lead the contractor selection process in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A master’s degree or procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in procurement, supply chain management, or contract negotiation in renewable energy, focusing on solar PV and BESS projects.
• Contract Management: Proven experience negotiating EPC and O&M contracts for large-scale renewable projects.
• Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners in the solar energy sector.
