A rapidly growing renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategies across its portfolio of solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind projects. You will manage high-value equipment sourcing, EPC and O&M contract negotiations, and CAPEX/OPEX assessments, playing a pivotal role in project execution and long-term success.

This is a high-impact role requiring strategic leadership, technical expertise, and deep sector knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for solar PV modules, inverters, transformers, and BESS components
• Negotiate EPC and O&M contracts, ensuring alignment with performance guarantees and budget targets
• Structure and manage competitive RFPs for major suppliers and contractors
• Analyze project CAPEX and OPEX to support bid submissions and financial planning
• Build and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, EPCs, and service providers
• Conduct supplier due diligence and monitor compliance with technical and quality standards
• Track market trends and innovations to enhance procurement strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement within the renewable energy sector, specifically solar PV and BESS
• Proven success in negotiating EPC and O&M contracts for utility-scale energy projects
• Deep technical knowledge of PV modules, BESS components, and related equipment
• Strong experience in managing competitive RFPs and multi-million-euro procurement activities
• Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to estimate and manage CAPEX/OPEX
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
