Qualifications

Description of domain/function:

The Senior Procurement Controlling Consultant is responsible for facilitating BuyIn implementation of changes on process, KPIs, IS, reporting & governance coming from new Orange Procurement improvement plan (Phenix). It means driving efficiency and value across the sourcing organization by analysing spend and savings within technology categories, evaluating joint shareholder projects, and delivering impactful, data-driven insights. This role requires advanced analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to create actionable recommendations that enhance procurement performance and support strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities

• Process: Analyse changes on procurement spend and savings across technology categories, provide proposal methodology by type of project (procurement categories) on how to align with new guidance..

• KPIs: Ensure that tools an methodology are provided to calculate new KPIs. Support Sourcers/controllers on calculation. Control alignment between KPIs calculated and mother company new rules.

• IS: Develop and maintain new tools (Excel/IS) to collect new needed data, to produce procurement dashboards, performance reports to support new requests. Ensure that interfaces from Orange to BuyIn and BuyIn to Orange are aligned with new fields &KPIs needs.

• Reporting: produce, control, analyse, comment reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and shareholders to align procurement goals with broader business objectives and ensure buy-in for key initiatives.

• Create and present impactful analyses and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, tailoring communications to diverse audiences.

• Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that drive sustainable savings and supplier performance improvements.

• Proactively identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supplier performance, compliance, and market volatility.

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.

Core Capabilities & Skills

Advanced analytical and conceptual skills; ability to interpret complex data, develop structured reports, and present actionable options to decision-makers.

• Strong stakeholder management: proven ability to build trust, understand priorities,andinfluence diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Expertise in procurement analysis, including spend analytics, savings tracking, and risk assessment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Project management experience, including leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with procurement analytics tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel or BI platforms.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, particularly in technology categories.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.

Your profile

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, controlling, or a related analytical role, preferablywithin technology categories.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) are highly desirable.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful procurement analyses and driving measurable savings.

Languages

•Your English language skills are business fluent in spoken and written to be able to work in an international scope.

•French and/or German language skills are beneficial
