Job summary

Air Liquide France Industrie is recruiting a dynamic supervisor to oversee production and product delivery within the Secondary Production scope. You will coordinate operations, maintenance, and product compliance, bridging management and hands-on optimization to ensure efficiency, safety and quality across facilities.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, 3+ years of experience in chemical production, and strong knowledge of distillation processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of Distillation Processes and fluid dynamics networks.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Monitor plant performance, diagnose faults, and identify process deviations.
• Draft and update SOPs and provide risk analyses and safety oversight.
• Collaborate with HSE and Quality teams to ensure process safety and product quality.
• Coordinate commissioning and start-up of new equipment and industrialisation of new products.
• Support cross-functional teams in project execution and changes to the plant.
