Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking a Technicien d’Exploitation et de Maintenance for the Fos-sur-Mer area, to monitor installations, adjust operating parameters and perform routine rounds to ensure safety, quality and reliability of supply.

The role requires a BAC+2 in exploitation & maintenance, at least 5 years of unit operation experience, strong safety culture, teamwork, and the ability to document technical work; MAXIMO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BAC+2 in exploitation and maintenance with industrial orientation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating process units.
• Strong safety focus and customer service orientation.
• Good relational/teams skills and ability to formalize technical documents.
• Proficient in using computer tools; knowledge of MAXIMO is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Program and supervise routine maintenance interventions (M1) with external technicians and via CMMS.
• Manage spare parts and promptly handle daily malfunctions.
• Assist diagnosis of incidents and support regional teams during shutdowns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects with process engineering and specialists.
• Participate in site emergency plans and ensure safe, compliant operations.
