Dell Technologies is hiring an Americas Environmental Regulations and Standards Senior Principal Engineer in Austin, Texas. You will shape regulatory strategy, monitor global energy regulations, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet RoHS, PFAS and related standards across the portfolio.

You will act as a technical advisor to product teams, engage with regulatory agencies and industry bodies, and guide executives on strategy, timelines, and risk.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, and quality focus.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical, problem solving and self-directed work.
• Facilitation to lead meetings and build consensus.
• Desirable: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in energy and standards regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Americas environmental regulatory strategy across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate global regulatory and standards requirements into clear guidance and execution plans.
• Represent Dell Technologies with regulatory agencies, standards bodies, and industry trade associations.
• Lead governance, execution, and communication of regulatory initiatives using project management tools to track progress and align stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insight and leadership visibility by assessing business and market factors related to energy programs and timelines.
