Zusammenfassung

Solvay is seeking an Environmental Engineer to lead the site’s environmental management system and support development projects, ensuring environmental impacts are properly managed and regulatory compliance is achieved. You will contribute to sustainable industrial development while working closely with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Control and R&I teams.

You will monitor wastewater, atmospheric emissions, waste management and biodiversity initiatives, and prepare regulatory documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of French and European environmental regulations (IED/Seveso).
• Experience with environmental impact assessments and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex environmental concepts to multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site's environmental management system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive environmental performance across wastewater, emissions, waste disposal and recovery.
• Prepare regulatory documentation for development projects and permits.
• Support biodiversity and ecosystem preservation initiatives.
• Lead regulatory watch activities and corrective action plans.
