Axens is seeking a Pressure Vessel Specialist (F/M) in Rueil-Malmaison to provide technical authority on pressure vessels across various projects. The role involves advising on designs, validating calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and around 15 years of relevant experience, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. The position offers opportunities for continuous improvement and participation in training sessions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of experience in pressure vessel design within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong technical expertise in compliance with international codes, particularly ASME.
• Comfortable working in project-driven environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical authority for pressure vessels in all project phases.
• Advise Process Engineers on designs and feasibility of reusing equipment.
• Review and approve drawings and ensure compliance with standards.

Connaissances

Pressure vessel design and calculation

Technical expertise in ASME standards

Use of PV Elite or equivalent

Leadership and coordination skills

Fluent in English

Formation

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
