Amundi Technology is seeking to strengthen its Pre Sales team in Paris, focusing on understanding detailed customer needs and providing business expertise and solution knowledge to support the Sales process.

The role involves coordinating with Product and R&D, preparing responses for tenders, and delivering compelling customer presentations and demonstrations, while organizing expert pitches for portfolio managers and other stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Understand the detailed customer needs & context
• Support the Sales team approach to prospects and new customers bringing business expertise & solution knowledge
• Identify solution & services gaps when relevant for the proposal
• Coordinate and / or synchronize with Product and R&D teams for solution building & gaps management
• Prepare responses questionnaires in case of calls for tenders
• Contribute to the Sales Proposal document on the solution description part
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations
• Organize when relevant Amundi experts client pitch (Portfolio managers, dealers, Risk officers, MO officers)
• Propose & follow processes & tooling enhancements for the Pre Sales team
