Qualifications

• Master's degree in Power Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional experience in R&D or engineering in power conversion or complex electrical systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in automotive, data center infrastructure, BESS, energy, or high-tech industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical execution of major, highly innovative engineering projects (disruptive architectures).
• Develop and validate new design standards for the Data Center & BESS Power Conversion business.
• Identify innovation opportunities and oversee the patent filing process to protect intellectual property.
• Challenge technical decisions to ensure the highest product reliability.
• Establish budget strategies and validate critical cost assumptions.
• Serve as the point of contact for resolving critical issues across platforms.
• Collaborate with thermal, mechanical, and software teams.
• Build relationships with clients and present the technical vision to steering committees.
• Participate in the digitalization strategy (automation, tools/process optimization).
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of engineers.
