Job summary

RBC in Paris is seeking a Senior Manager in Portfolio Management to oversee CRE Facilities Management and Lease Administration for our Europe offices, delivering services through CBRE and our Global Service Provider.

Based in Paris with remote oversight of Mainland Europe properties, you will lead day-to-day facilities operations, manage outsourced providers, oversee lease renewals, and contribute to CRE strategy and capital projects. 4 days in the 34-42 avenue Raymond Poincaré, Paris office.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid background in Corporate Real Estate Facilities Management.
• Proven experience delivering services via third parties.
• Fluent in French and English (German desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CRE facilities management operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain safe, compliant environments while reducing operational risk.
• Manage outsourced providers or internal teams to deliver high-performing services.
• Build and maintain landlord relationships for operational delivery.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors across functions.
• Deliver services within prescribed budgets and align with CRE global model.
• Oversee lease administration including renewals and key dates.
• Contribute to EMEA strategy and capital project delivery.
