Job summary

The OECD in Paris seeks a senior policy and leadership professional to direct the Secretariat support to the Participants to the Arrangement. You will lead analytic work, prepare policy materials, and steer negotiations among participants to achieve consensus.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee communications, and provide strategic guidance to senior management on export credits policy, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in economics, finance, public policy, statistics.
• At least eight years of progressively responsible policy/analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of export credits policy and OECD arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Secretariat support to the Participants to the Arrangement.
• Direct preparation of policy, analytical and decision-making materials for meetings.
• Facilitate negotiations among Participants to build consensus and advance outcomes.
• Oversee communications activities, including briefing materials and speeches.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and support staff.
