Job summary

OECD is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to lead the Secretariat's work supporting the Participants to the Arrangement, establishing international disciplines for officially supported export credits. The successful candidate will lead policy and analytical work, facilitate negotiations, and manage a multidisciplinary team of analysts, consultants and support staff.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressively responsible policy/economic analysis experience.
• At least five years in officially supported export credits.
• Experience facilitating international policy discussions and negotiations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management and governance.
• Proven ability to draft reports and briefing materials for senior audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior government officials and international delegates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Secretariat support to the Participants; deliver work programme and decisions adopted by Participants.
• Direct preparation of policy, analytical and decision-making materials for meetings of the Participants.
• Facilitate negotiations among Participants to build consensus and advance outcomes.
• Oversee internal and external communications materials, speeches, stakeholder engagement and strategic messaging.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts, consultants and staff; set objectives and manage performance.
