A leading AI training firm is seeking a Public Policy AI Trainer to leverage public policy expertise for AI model training. This remote role requires native-level fluency in French and strong English communication skills. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field and 2-6+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include adapting policy frameworks for AI training and collaborating with peers to refine content. This is a part-time contract role with a commitment of 20 hours per week for 2 months.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development is preferred.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a plus.

Role Overview

Position: Public Policy AI Trainer – Contract, Remote

Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months

Leverage your public policy expertise and language mastery to train cutting-edge AI models in the public policy domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
• Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in France.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken English.
• Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
