IDnow in Europe is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Trust Platform, focusing on Digital Identities. You will own the product direction for eID/eIDAS-related capabilities and ensure regulatory alignment across the EU, working closely with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.

The role is based in Rennes or Paris on a 1-year maternity cover, with travel to other jurisdictions as needed. English and French fluency are required, with opportunities for remote work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership of strategy, discovery, delivery.
• Knowledge of eID schemes or EUDI Wallets; ability to navigate technical specifications.
• Knowledge of IAM and authentication protocols such as OIDC, SAML, and OAuth.
• Experience in digital identity, trust services, fraud prevention, or regulated industries.
• Strong autonomy and ownership; data-driven with customer feedback.
• Ability to explain regulatory/technical topics to engineers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define the digital identity strategy and portfolio for EUDI Wallets and eIDs.
• Act as counterpart to Trust Services and integrate signatures and QEAAs into the platform.
• Stay ahead of eIDAS 2.0 and related standards; track specs and acts for compliance.
• Manage cross-border identity verification across EU member states and national eID schemes.
• Analyze friction vs. security to optimize onboarding rates.
• Own end-to-end specification of eID and EUDI Wallet integrations with technical detail.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Solutions teams to translate requirements.
