IDnow Group in Rennes is seeking a Product Owner – Trust Services to lead the product direction within our Digital Identity portfolio. You will manage the backlog, align stakeholders, and translate regulatory and security needs into concrete user stories for a Scrum team.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance and Risk, balancing customer value with regulatory obligations such as eIDAS2 and QEAA/EAA, ensuring reliable, auditable, privacy‑by‑design features from the start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Ownership or similar roles in software/services.
• Experience in Scrum/agile delivery and backlog management.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and security concepts.
• Experience translating regulatory/security/audit requirements into product requirements.
• Understanding data lifecycle and privacy-by-design for identity services.
• Ability to collaborate on system-level trade-offs with engineering.

Responsabilités

• Own the product goal, roadmap and backlog.
• Drive Scrum outcomes: refinement, planning, reviews and sprint goals.
• Turn needs into buildable requirements: journeys, APIs, data states and acceptance criteria.
• Partner on solution quality: boundaries, debt, performance, resilience and observability.
• Own data, integration and lifecycle design: identity/audit-data flows, access, protection.
• Support releases and continuous improvement: migrations, deprecation and feature flags.
• Translate regulation into product decisions: eIDAS2, QEAA/EAA, compliance readiness.
• Collaborate across functions with Scrum Teams, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Risk.
