Job summary

Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud and is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the inference portfolio within the Cloud & Inference organization. You will set strategy, write specs, and work with customers to deliver real impact across inference, infrastructure, and GTM teams.

You will turn infrastructure into customer-ready products and lead end-to-end delivery, partnering with engineering and research teams while building the foundation for a growing PM team.

Qualifications

• Deep product experience in tech and infrastructure with a track record of bringing inference, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems to market.
• Engineering background before moving into product management.
• Experience taking infra or inference products from early stage to revenue and adoption.
• Ability to lead from the front and grow a team as we scale.
• Strong grasp of gross margin, unit economics, and pricing tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and annual goals for the inference portfolio aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
• Own the full lifecycle for serverless inference, dedicated endpoints, and adjacent services.
• Collaborate with GTM, Finance, and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and launches.
• Partner daily with inference engineering and cloud infra teams on capacity planning and reliability.
• Track open-source advances and turn them into performance gains for the product.
• Help shape and grow the inference PM team as the portfolio scales.
