Job summary

Qonto is seeking a product designer to own features from discovery through delivery in close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers. You will conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into customer-focused solutions while advocating for design best practices and leveraging the design system and AI where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products that have gone live.
• Portfolio showing intuitive flows, refined interfaces, and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Experience taking projects from discovery through delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own feature design end to end from discovery to delivery in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Work with Compliance, Ops, Legal, and Content Design to translate regulatory requirements into clear flows.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into customer-focused solutions.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the design system and its scaling.
